As the buyer of a translation, you should be able to tell that you have bought a high quality product - even if you can't understand the target language and yet still want to be able to or have to supply the end product directly to the end customer.
Our quality guidelines which accompany the translation process right from the time of your request for quotation are there to define and implement criteria which are as objective as possible to attain a high quality result in the best interests of our customers.
However, so as to be able to customize our quality assurance process even more precisely to the requirements of a translation service provider, we have also attained certification according to the industry-specific standard ISO 17100.
Being awarded the internationally recognized EN association mark as well as the fact that the standard exists in more than 29 countries, makes it easier for customers to expand their search for qualified partners for translations to virtually all across Europe, thus supporting international cooperations.
Key quality requirements in accordance with ISO 17100 standard for example affect:
- Specification of the professional qualifications of all involved in the process, in particular the translators and reviewers, including a process to verify the same.
- Revision of the translation by an appropriately qualified other person than the translator themselves.
