The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Art.6(1)(f) GDPR. Our necessary legitimate interest lies in optimizing the website and ensuring the security of our information technology systems.
The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of data in log files is essential for the operation of the website. Consequently, there is no possibility of objection on the part of the user.
Use of web fonts
On our website, we offer you the possibility of contacting us via e-mail and/or a contact form. In this case, the information provided by the user will be stored for processing his/her contact request. This data will not be passed on to third parties. No comparison is made of data collected in this way with data that may be collected by other components of our site.
You will be asked to consent to the processing of this data in the course of the sending process, and reference is made to this data protection declaration. The legal basis for this processing is again pursuant to Art.6(1)(a) GDPR, and was established in the course of making contact. Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose of communication.
Rights of those concerned
You have the right,
to ask us to confirm whether personal data concerning you is processed; if this is the case, you have a right of access to this personal data and to the information specified in Art. 15 GDPR. You also have the right to demand the surrender of data concerning you within the restrictions of Art. 20 GDPR in a common electronic, machine-readable data format, including the surrender (if possible) to another person directly named by you.
