Why have we sought certification? |
Nowadays, with lower demand and higher levels of competition, our clients’ needs are ever greater. Translation companies win or lose projects depending on whether we can demonstrate our capacity to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery of our services.
PlusLingua has decided to obtain certification under ISO 9001 to strengthen its image and offer improved quality to clients. Clients are increasingly turning to those providers who are so accredited because by doing so they can be certain that the company selected has a reliable quality management system (QMS). Certification breeds confidence.
On the one hand, ISO 9001 helps us to demonstrate that we are ready to meet our clients’ needs in full.
And on the other hand, this standard makes us more competitive because our human, technical and economic resources are all in harmony with the costing agreed for the delivery of the service.
In addition to ISO 9001, PlusLingua has incorporated the UNE-EN 15038 standard into its working processes. The purpose of this standard is to establish and define the requirements for the delivery of a quality service on the part of translation services providers.
Being certified under UNE-EN 15038 guarantees that we possess a set of procedures and requirements that are suitable for meeting the needs of the market.
